Very nice hotel. Convenient to I-95 and a short ride to Philadelphia International Airport. The lobby is bright and clean. The front desk greeted me with a smile. Our room was space, spotless and very comfortable. The facilities design with a separate toilet room made getting ready in the morning very easy as one family member could shower without denying others access to the toilet. More hotels should consider this design. Overall SpringHill Suites Philadelphia Airport is a great place to stay.
We had a great stay at Springhill Suites. We felt safe throughout our visit. Freddy picked us up from the airport. She was just about to get off work and went out of her way and stayed longer to accommodate us. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in (Thank You Daniel) and check-out was easy breezy. Overall, it was a positive experience I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here after a flight back from the West Coast before flying on home to Maine the next day. Place is very nice and clean. Daniel at the desk was very pleasant and friendly! Got us checked in quickly. The bar was open till 10, I don't remember her name but she was also very friendly. The room was very nice and spacious and spotless.
The front desk attendant Shydai was outstanding. Even though I was not staying at the hotel (only working there for a few hours with a coworker who was a guest), she held my bags, offered me a coffee, and was very hospitable. I hope management sees this and finds a way to reward her as she exhibited great customer service and represented the SpringHill brand very well. -Steve (Bonvoy Titanium Elite member)
Jason Vann offered EXCELLENT customer service!! 5 stars for him!! Ramon, the shuttle driver, was also very friendly!! The King suite was awesome as it had the shower and toilet in separate rooms, each with a sink and mirrors. So convenient if you’re traveling with others. Great set up!!
We reserved this hotel and their conference room for our wedding the service from the staff was great the use of the shuttle for our wedding party and guest was a plus , they were timely and accommodating to our needs. the rooms were clean and spacious . The location was perfect !!!! I would recommend Springhill suites Ridley park again and again
